The Shop

We built our first shop in Seal Cove in 1989, but as we grew, we discovered that most of our business was located across the island in Northeast Harbor and Seal Harbor. In the early 1990s, we purchased an existing building on Lower Dunbar Road in Seal Harbor. In 2004, we tore down portions of that building and rebuilt a 3,400-square-foot shop designed specifically for our needs.

The updated building became our primary facility, while the Seal Cove shop was used for special projects and storage. This shift enabled our team to work more efficiently from a single, central location.

At this facility, we handle custom cabinetry, millwork, interior and exterior moldings, railings, gates, small repairs, and special projects. It also houses our offices and meeting space.

In 2018, we expanded again by constructing a 5,000-square-foot accessory building adjacent to the main shop to store staging, equipment, and materials. We have since fully retired the Seal Cove shop, and it has been sold.
